You must be a resident of Nova Scotia to purchase tickets. eTransfers will not be accepted. The prize raffle will proceed in order of retail value, beginning with the prize of least value and continuing in that order until the Grand Prize is awarded. All prizes, except the Grand Prize, must be accepted as awarded. The second prize (Gift Certificate Towards Evolve Fitness) has no cash value. The Grand Prize (Trip for Two to Greece) is limited to a maximum value of $3000. The Community Council will facilitate the purchase of two airfare tickets for dates that are acceptable to the winner and at a maximum price of $3000, or the winner can choose to be awarded cash in lieu of the airfare, at a value of $3000. Following the award for the prize raffle, the 50/50 raffle winner will be announced. The winner will receive the cash prize equal to half the pot. Winners will be contacted by phone and will continue to be contacted until the prize is claimed. Failure of the winner to claim their prize 90 days after the draw date will result in a second draw.and will continue to be contacted until the prize is claimed.
